This is your opportunity to share your vision about the theatre’s future direction. Learn more about our exciting new projects, productions, professional & volunteer opportunities.

The Windsor Feminist Theatre Board of Directors is elected from our membership. WFT’s board relies on YOU (the membership and general community) to offer input in the areas of policy-making, planning, programming and production ideas, volunteer and administrative committees, etc.

At this AGM elections to the Board of Directors will take place. Please bring any candidate nominations to this meeting. WFT is also interested in recruiting committee members (advisory, technical, set assistance, community outreach, and etc.) These committees will be formed from the membership and general interested parties. Voting members must be in good standing to register their vote. All non-voting (and prospective) WFT members are welcome! WFT values input from all interested parties to provide the community with challenging programming, productions and positive services that will benefit our region in a valuable way.

Windsor Feminist Theatre was founded in 1980 as a response to women in the community who wanted theatre that was focused particularly on women’s issues. WFT seeks to provide an opportunity for women to tell their stories, recognizing, reflecting and supporting the social, ethnic, political and economic diversity of women. WFT supports the creative power of women by hosting lectures, workshops, performances, screenings, artists’ residencies, exhibitions, along with other cultural activities. Windsor Feminist Theatre is managed by a volunteer Board of Directors, staff and voting members.

Hope to see you there!
